Throughout your walk on the event stage, our MC will read a 30-45 second script to introduce you and share some interesting notes with our audience.

Tell us about yourself. What would you like us to know about you? What are your hobbies, interests, your job, family, do you volunteer anywhere, etc. Are you connected through the medical industry, a volunteer, a business or organization?

What type of cancer did/do you or your loved one have? Can you tell us about the medical journey you or your loved one experienced (timeline, roadblocks, triumphs) If you are a medical professional, volunteer or business/supporter tell us about your role and how it connect s to cancer patients/families. What aspects were notable? Can you share an interesting experience you have encountered?

What inspired you to walk in the SCSS Fashion Show? How did you hear about SCSS and what caught your attention about this new charity?

What gave you or your loved one hope during the journey? Who was part of your village? Did you experience any surprises, or gain new friends or supports throughout this journey which were unexpected? If you are walking as a volunteer, medical staff, or business or organization supporter, please include why it is important for you/business/org to participate.

Who are you walking in memory or honor of, and why? Yourself, friend, relative, neighbor? What makes you/them so very special? Tell us about your loved one. If you are a med staff/vol/business do you have family or friends you have shared a cancer journey with?

What would you say to someone starting their own cancer journey? If you could describe your journey in three words, what would they be?

What did you learn about cancer that you didn't know before? Medically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually... Did having cancer make you look at life differently?

Is there anyone you would you like to thank or acknowledge and why? Family, friends, medical team, SCSS? How did they support you?
