Team Goal: We are walking for our mom/ Granny, Anne Friesen. She had radiation treatments and we are walking the distance of a trip to Cancer Care for her treatment.

Team Goal: We are walking in memory of Bill, who we lost in 2020 – and in honour of our Baba, a proud cancer survivor. Our goal is to walk 68 KM – the distance Baba had to go from Gardenton to Steinbach for treatment.

Team Memère

Team Goal: We are walking for our mom/memère who fought cancer in 2024. We will cheer her on as she completes the survivor’s lap and then we will walk 38 km (the distance from mom’s home to the hospital where she had her cancer surgery) in her honor.

Team Goal: We all know people who have taken the cancer journey. They have all fought hard! Some have won the battle and others, even though they battled hard, sadly cancer has taken them from us. We walk to celebrate the wins and mourn those we have lost to this terrible disease.
